Ready to bring your vision to life? Follow the steps below, and we'll be on our way to creating the stunning, personalized floral design you've been dreaming of. Our collaborative process is designed to be both inspiring and seamless, from our first conversation to the day of your event.
01. Tell Us Your Story
The first step is for us to get to know you and your project. You can start by filling out our contact form, which provides us with the initial details of your event. If the form doesn't quite fit your needs or you have a more complex inquiry, feel free to email us directly at info@eclecticsage.com. We'll be in touch as soon as possible to learn more about your vision.
02. Schedule a Discovery Call
Once we've connected, we'll schedule a brief discovery call. This allows us to talk through your vision and answer any initial questions you might have. It's the perfect way to make sure we're a great fit before moving forward.
03. Refine Your Vision
After our call, we will provide you with a detailed proposal and estimate tailored specifically to your event. Once you decide to move forward, we'll schedule an in-person meeting at our North Raleigh studio to finalize all the details. We'll dive into the specifics of your desired aesthetic, select containers, and iron out every detail to ensure your florals are a perfect reflection of your style.
04. Secure Your Date
When you're ready to move forward, a signed contract and retainer fee will officially reserve your date on our calendar. We recommend booking promptly, as we take on a very limited number of events each season to ensure every project receives our full attention and artistry. Our calendar fills quickly, and all dates are reserved on a first-come, first-booked basis. Final payment for the floral balance is due no later than four weeks before your event, once all the final details have been confirmed.
